SUPERVISION GROUP

FOR THERAPISTS & COACHES

Alex & Niki offer ongoing online supervision groups for those who’ve attended our Opening Up CPD. These groups provide a space to deepen work on attunement with clients in open and polyamorous relationships, explore broader themes of relationship diversity in practice, and stay connected with a community of like-minded practitioners.

These are closed supervision group, meaning the same members attend each session. This format supports the development of trust, mutual support, and rich ongoing exploration. We ask for a commitment to attend all four sessions each year. After this time, people can continue in the supervision group for a further year, on an ongoing basis or decide to leave.

Niki & Alex will facilitate the supervision groups simultaneously, bringing their combined experience to the group in rotation.

The supervision focus will be collaborative and centre on:

  • Clients in open, polyamorous and other non-normative relationships.

  • How these dynamics intersect with identity, culture, relational dynamics and more.

  • Strengthen your O&P lens for working affirmatively with relationship diversity.

  • Individual or relationship therapy client work is welcome.

The group culture and format are developed by the entire supervision group and can include:

  • Check-ins and shared discussion

  • Brief presentations from each member

  • In-depth presentations from two members per session

  • Role-played client work with input from Alex or Niki

  • Reflective, collaborative group input
